Broken cords, painted-shut sashes, draughts, rot and full restorations. Most repairs are done from inside, so there’s usually no need for scaffolding.
Sash window repairs and restorationBathroom repairs
Rotten and spongy floors, swollen doors, bath panels, boxing in and resealing. We put right the damage a slow leak leaves behind, with our own plumber and electrician on hand, or yours.

New builds dry out and settle in their first few years, so doors start catching and gaps open up around skirtings. In older homes the walls are rarely straight and the openings are rarely a standard size. Either way, we scribe, trim and adjust things to suit the house, and make new timber match what’s already there.
